MARKETING EXECUTIVE 2 Positions For KL Office

Responsible and accountable for the achievement and betterment of territorial sales through proper extension of sales & marketing plan.
Develop and implementing effective business opportunity and initiatives.
Provide feedback and constructive suggestion in respect of sales improvements.
Preparation of quotation, follow-up with customer to secure the orders, maintain strong link with potential and existing customers.
Build goodwill and strong relationship with customer.

Requirements:-
Minimum with Diploma in Marketing/ Degree in Electrical and Electronics/Degree in Robotic and Mechatronics or above qualification.
Self-motivated, result oriented, analytical and possess strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

To prepare sales quotation, tender/sebutharga documents , other sales and admin documents for business operation usage.
To prepare monthly sales reports and as and when required.
To handle incoming calls from clients.
Able to adapt and work in a fast paced environments and meet deadlines.

Minimum with Diploma in administrative and with strong administrative, organizational and analytical skills.
Self-motivated, and fast learner.

ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE - For Kuching Office

Responsibilities:
To prepare document of sales confirmation order / sebutharga / tender and other documentation preparation to client(s) for sales and service team.
To check and monitor the tender called by Government authority(ies).
To handle incoming call receive from clients.
To handle the admin duties for sales teams.
To prepare sales record and statistic. Assist Service team with the administrative works.
Compile and plan for maintenance schedule.
In-charge on incoming and outgoing repair items .
Record keeping and database updating.
Monitor and report current / outstanding service issues.
To prepare weekly reports

Requirements:-
Candidate must possess at least SPM holder / Diploma in Administrative or higher level of education qualification
Self-motivated, dynamic / adaptive and willing to learn.
Able to communicate at all levels of management and work independently.
