Job Description:

• Provide in-house and on-site technical product support and installation.
• Identify, analyse, and repair product failures; order replacement parts as required.
• Conduct technical product training and user training for customers 
• Support sales & service teams at events/workshops
• Perform routine servicing (contract & warranty).
• Plan and conduct Preventive Maintenance.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation.
• Maintain excellent rapport and a healthy working relationship with customers.
• Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently and effectively.
• Willing to travel outstation.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Robotic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent)
• 1-2 years’ experience in the dental industry (advantageous)
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
• Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia (verbal & written)
• Proactive, self-motivated, and independent, with strong technical diagnostic and problem-solving skills; able to work under pressure.
• Fresh graduates with a physics-related qualification are encouraged to apply.
