Responsibilities:

• Provide Clinical Applications Training / CME to customers.
• Attend product and clinical training 
• Deliver internal product and clinical training to the sales team
• Compile Clinical Case Support for patient treatments.
• Implement and manage customer-specific account strategies to drive utilisation.
• Document and manage all relevant customer activities.
• Communicate customer feedback to the appropriate functions within the company.
• Support the Sales team by demonstrating products to potential customers.
• Represent the company at trade shows and exhibitions

   

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or a relevant field.
• Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of experience in OT/ICU.
• Problem-solving skills: Able to address client needs during training and troubleshooting.
• Communication skills: Strong oral communication to explain complex information and train users.
• Customer service skills: Able to interact professionally with customers in a polite and positive manner.
• Possess own transport & willing to travel outstation
