About the Role

We are hiring a Clinical Application Specialist (Dental) in Kuala Lumpur to support dental clinics and healthcare professionals with clinical training and imaging solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with dental professionals and the sales team to deliver product training, support clinical applications, and assist in product demonstrations for dental and imaging solutions. You will play an important role in improving clinical workflows and enhancing patient care across dental practices in Malaysia.

Medik-Link is a medical and dental equipment supplier in Malaysia with over 30 years of experience supporting healthcare professionals and clinics.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical applications training / CME to customers
• Attend product and clinical training
• Deliver internal product and clinical training to the sales team
• Provide clinical case support for dental procedures and imaging workflows
• Implement and manage customer-specific account strategies to drive utilisation
• Document and manage all relevant customer activities
• Communicate customer feedback to the appropriate functions within the company
• Support the sales team by demonstrating dental products and imaging solutions
• Represent the company at workshops, trade shows, and exhibitions

 Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Radiography, Medical Imaging, Biomedical Science, Nursing, or related field
• Candidates with radiography or imaging experience are preferred
• Clinical or healthcare experience is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills for training and product troubleshooting
• Good communication skills to explain clinical concepts clearly
• Strong customer service skills with a professional and positive attitude
• Possess own transport & willing to travel outstation
