Job Description:
- Provide in-house and on-site technical product support and installation.
- Identify, analyse, and repair product failures; order replacement parts as required.
- Conduct technical product training and user training for customers
- Support sales & service teams at events/workshops
- Perform routine servicing (contract & warranty).
- Plan and conduct Preventive Maintenance.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation.
- Maintain excellent rapport and a healthy working relationship with customers.
- Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently and effectively.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or higher in Electrical, Electronic, Biomedical, Mechatronics Engineering, or an equivalent field
- Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply
- 1-2 years’ experience in the dental or medical industry is an advantage
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Proactive, self-motivated, with strong problem-solving & technical diagnostic skills.
- Willing to travel outstation.
