About the Role

We are hiring motivated and results-driven Dental Sales Representatives to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru, and Sabah.

In this role, you will promote and sell the company’s dental products and equipment to clinics, hospitals, and dental professionals, supporting the growth of dental practices across Malaysia while building strong, long-term customer relationships.

Medik-Link is a medical and dental equipment supplier in Malaysia with over 30 years of experience supporting healthcare professionals and clinics.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company’s dental products to clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop potential client relationships.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for customers.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dentists, clinic managers, and procurement teams.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and marketing events.
• Provide after-sales support and product training to clients.
• Achieve sales targets and submit regular sales activity reports.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical Science, Dentistry, Radiography, IT Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in dental, medical, or healthcare sales is strongly preferred. Motivated fresh graduates from relevant fields are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
• Willingness to travel for client visits and business development activities.
