Service Admin / Technical Support Executive (KL)
We are looking for a dedicated Service Admin / Technical Support Executive to join our KL team. In this role, you’ll support the service department with documentation, coordination, and service enquiries to ensure smooth daily operations. If you’re organised, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team, we’d like to hear from you.
Job Descriptions:
- Provide administrative support to the service team, including documentation, filing, and record keeping.
- Prepare sales quotations, delivery orders (DO), and invoices using SQL system in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor and manage stock levels, including ordering when required.
- Maintain and update preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules, and alert the service team when maintenance is due.
- Follow up on all tasks, e.g. confirming quotations sent out with customers.
- Gather first-hand information such as breakdown details or service requests, and communicate promptly to the service team.
- Manage the service phone — handle all service-related enquiries and direct them to the relevant team members.
- Assist the service team with coordination of service-related tasks to ensure smooth department operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any field (technical knowledge will be an added advantage).
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
