Job Description:
- Provide in-house and on-site technical product support and installation.
- Identify, analyse, and repair product failures; order replacement parts as required.
- Conduct technical product training and user training for customers
- Support sales & service teams at events/workshops
- Perform routine servicing (contract & warranty).
- Plan and conduct Preventive Maintenance.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation.
- Maintain excellent rapport and a healthy working relationship with customers.
- Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently and effectively.
Job Description:
- Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Robotic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent)
- 1-2 years’ experience in the dental industry (advantageous)
- Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia (verbal & written)
- Proactive, self-motivated, and independent, with strong technical diagnostic and problem-solving skills; able to work under pressure.
- Fresh graduates with a physics-related qualification are encouraged to apply.
