Responsibilities:
Provide in-house and on-site technical product support and installation.
Identify, analyse, and repair product failures; order replacement parts as required.
Conduct technical product training and user training for customers
Support sales & service teams at events/workshops
Perform routine servicing (contract & warranty).
Plan and conduct Preventive Maintenance.
Prepare technical reports and documentation.
Maintain excellent rapport and a healthy working relationship with customers.
Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently and effectively.
Requirements:
Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Robotic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent)
1-2 years’ experience in the dental industry (advantageous)
Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia (verbal & written)
Proactive, self-motivated, and independent, with strong technical diagnostic and problem-solving skills; able to work under pressure.
Willing to travel outstation
Fresh graduates with a physics-related qualification are encouraged to apply.
